aches and pains?

Lately, my back and hips have been killing me and even getting up from the couch is difficult, I ache everywhere. I'm sore after taking a walk around the block or going to the grocery store. Anyone else? Is this common around 18 weeks?

My hips hurt sooooo much from sleeping.  They are aching when I wake up in the morning.  And it is incredible how tight the muscles in my legs get from just sitting down.  I constantly get up now and take little walks while at wrok.

Yepperz! I always have a stiff and aching lower and mid back. And when I have to wear a bra for hours at a time my ribs start to hurt. Isn't pregnancy wonderful?

Mine got really bad at 18 weeks, and then I started to feel better.  Now I am in pain again!  My hips are killing me!  I did NOT have this with my last three pregnancies!!  ouch!

My aches started around then and I still have them. It has actually gotten worse! I just try to walk often, rest, take a warm bath, and drink lots of water. Nothing really helps though.
