Regretting Helping MH Paint

We did the nursery this weekend.  I wasn't too worried about it b/c we were using no VOC paint and had the window open.  So I did the trim while MH did the rolling.  Bad move!  I seriously think I screwed up my back- it's excrutiating to even attempt to bend over at all and walking, sitting, and standing don't feel too good either.  I am really praying it feels better in a day or two b/c I do not want to have to go see a chiropractor!

    Why wouldnt you want to see a chiropractor?  They can work wonders on your spinal alignment and really help your situation.  It is actually really good to go to the chiro during pregnancy.  Hope you feel better.

    1st pregnancy: m/c began 1/12/09 d&c 1/13/09 8wks. Baby stopped growing at about 6wks.
