We lucked out with the natural light in our house.  When do you normally shoot?  I prefer to shoot outdoors in the morning and try to always shoot in a shaded spot.

I have one spot in front of the sliding glass door that gets a little bit of light, other than that our house sucks for natural light. I usually try to shoot in the morning or evening in the shade as well.
