gymnastics question..too expensive?

Do you honestly think $54 a month for gymnastics is too expensive?  cheaper than gymboree though.  DD will already be doing soccer and a mommy and me class, but she also loves gymnastics, and the local class keeps moving her up from the 2 year old class, now to the 3 year old class, and the coach just told DH she is the only one that listens and should be in the 4 year old class..I dont agree, and feel she isnt getting that help or activites she needs from the class since it is so unstructured.  I SAH and want 3 days of activities for her for 30-50 minutes each of hose days, so we chose gym, soccer, and a pre-preschool type class...but debating if $54 a month is worth it, but she doesnt get much from the $60 for 2 month class.

  • We paid $40/mo when DD did it.

  • I'm assuming the class is 1x per week - that's less than $20 per class.  It sounds pretty good to me.  At least where I live, you can't any classes for that cheap.

  • I just looked into gymnastics classes for my dd. It would have been 50 a month and IMO that is too expensive for a 45 min class once a week.
