for those that use child care at gym...

did you just drop your LO off one day or did you go and hang around a bit together first to avoid any possible stranger anxiety? DD doesnt have stranger anxiety but I feel a little strange just leaving her when shes never been there before. The child care at my gym looks great so Im not worried at it at all... am I being ridiculous? Ill only be gone for about 30-40 minutes.

    the first time we took him we just moved to another part for the first ten mins.  He couldn't see us but we would know if he started freaking out.  He was fine and has done wonderfully every time since.  He loves to play with the other babies.

    i talked to other moms who brought there LO to daycare and scoped it out a bit before i brought her then I just started out with short time frames then added on as she got more comfortable. ?

    but now she seems to only last 40 mins I think we are in the begining of seperation anxiety?

    I just dropped him off and went to work out.  My gym does not ever allow parents in daycare room.  You will want to make sure you know their rules.
