Does this sound like 6 mo growth sprurt?

For the past, say, 4 days, DD has been waking up at 2 am for a feeding.  She hasn't done this in months.  SHe hasn't pooed in 2 days and last night she slept for 14 hours.  WHAT?!?  PLease tell me it sounds like a growth spurt and not that she has decided a 2 AM feeding will now be necessary.  Other than those things, everything else has been normal.  We fight naps, love to play, are into everything, want to drink from mommy's cup- so behaviors are fine.

DD is a few weeks older, but for the last week or so she has been waking up at 3 or 4 am for a feeding almost every night.  Before that, she would sleep 12 hours straight (7pm-7am) without waking up at all.  She STTN perfectly for over two months.  I'm crossing my fingers that it's a growth spurt.
