Sorry I can't give you specific names, but I do know that our Barnes and Noble here has a ton of books on the subject.  I admit that instead of buying books, I'll read them right through there in the book store.

Go to Amazon and browse. That is what I did, but I can't remember the exact titles that I got. I looked at the customer reviews. Then I got them from the library!

I am not Greek but I married into a Greek family.  I love it!!!
