NBR: what size are these?

So I've wanted these sandals for a long time.  We have to have closed toed shoes with a back at the childcare center where I work and I can't handle socks and sneakers on our sand covered playground anymore.  Anyway, I have not been able to convince myself to spend $100 on them.  I can wear a kids (big kids) size 7 shoe-normally an 8 in womens.  If you click on the navy blue ones, they are a great price.  I just can not tell it the last size 7 Kids is the size I could wear or the small toddler size.  What do you think, can I save some money?
