Is it ok to make pedi appt?

My dd's sleeping habits have been really off. Some nights she wakes up every hour and a half.  She stays up late (midnight-1am) and takes short naps (30 min).  Can I make an appt to see the pedi? She isn't sick- but I do think something is wrong...
