  • Me! Sorry.

No wieght loss but a group of us ladies started to use the conference room for 30 minutes a day to do pilates and abs. I just started doing it this week. At home, I have been so busy lately that it gets to late when I am ready to work out. I need to get better at this ::slaps hand::

  • I'm still here.  My badge appears to have gone missing when I added my ticker after finally getting AF- oops!

This week was okay.  Doing great with the yoga - every day so far.  I have been really focusing on de-stressing since I wonder if that is part of what sent AF into hiding for so long.  Doing not so great with the cardio.

I feel like I give the same report each week.  Anyone with any ideas how to motivate yourself and snap out of a rut?

I've actually done REALLY well with the running this week, getting stronger than ever with that but my eating has been a little. . . . ravenous. So that's what I'm working on!

Good for you!  If you're eating because you're hungry from running that's a healthy thing.  Please send me some cardio motivation.
