Sharp Belly Pains

hey ladies, probably over reacting but figured I'd ask anyways.  I've been sitting here at my desk getting sharp, pains low on the left side of my belly.  I've been having Bh on and off for weeks now, and this feels nothing like that.  No spotting or anything else out of the ordinary, just these pains.

 Anyone else have these? I am assuming it's just one of the little ones stretching, but it's been going on all day so far.

Do they come and go, or is it constant?  I'll every now and then have some sharp pains here and there, but it normally lasts for a few minutes (if even ) and then is gone (and doesn't return).  You can always call and ask your doc.

I had something similar this week.  It was on my right side and it lasted off and on for about 2 days.  It seems to be gone now.  I didn't have any spotting or cramping so I figure it was RLP, uterus stretching or baby B moving in the area more. 

 I hate these types of pains.  I never know if I should call my OB or not.

This probably doesn't help you, but I would say if it continues even after you lay on your left side and drink lots of water, you might check with your OB.

thanks ladies.  They seem to come and go, but have been off and on all day.  I can feel the little one moving about now, so I am not nearly as worried.
