Success w/ Endo Post Lap (BFP mentioned)

I was on a non-medicated cycle after being out of town at the start of it (so couldn't be monitoried), but when I made it to 15DPO without spotting, I decided to risk taking a test on Wednesday evening and got two lines! Went in for my beta yesterday and it was a 590 and my progesterone was 21, so, as hard as it is for me to believe, I guess I'm pregnant. Still in a lot of shock--I go in in two weeks for an ultrasound as my doctor said there's a slighly increased chance of ectopic pg in the two months following a lap, but I'm really not trying to think about that.

To let you know where I was in the process, I had a lap on June 2nd after a cyst was found at my pre-Clomid ultrasound and the doctor removed a significant amount of endometriosis (my tubes & ovaries were stuck to the sides of my abdomen to the extent that the doctor didn't think that an egg could actually get from my ovaries to the tubes). I tried Clomid on my first cycle post lap and ovulated but got a BFN. From what I have read, though, I know Clomid can be in your system for a few months after taking it so maybe I did have some help from whatever was still left! This was our 11th cycle TTC.

I wanted to thank you all so much for everything--I know I haven't been here all that long but I appreciate so much all the information and support I got. I wanted to share my story to give hope to others that have been recently diagnosed with endo! Thanks again!

    Congratulations!!!  Wonderful news!!

    Don't think about ectopic just yet, just rejoice in the fact that you are pregnant and that you are able to get pregnant!  Yay!  Good luck at your u/s in a couple weeks.

    Wow! Congratulation.

    I am 3 weeks post lap right now for severe endo and having the worst period ever... But I hope it leads to successful ovulation and PG like you! Best of luck!

    Me (34): MTHFR, PCOS, Endo, left salpingectomy due to hydrosalpinx, 
    hypothyroidism, low AMH (0.26)/normal FSH/average AFC of 12

    Him (33): No known issues

    November 2013-March 2014: Natural cycles
    April 2014: Clomid 100mg and Ovidrel trigger -- BFN
    May 2014: Clomid 100mg and Ovidrel trigger -- BFN
    July 2014:  IVF class -- Check!
    Holy crap.  Unmedicated BFP 7.22.14.  EDD 4.01.15.
    Best April Fool's Day ever!
    Now on Lovenox, prenatals, Vitamin D,
    Folic Acid, and Synthroid.
    Please be our take home baby.
