I ordered DS b-day shirt from a seller on etsy. The listing said that she had a few shirt colors to choose from...orange, red, blue, gray, white.
So, I order the shirt in orange and she comes back to tell me that she doesn't have any orange shirts. Now we have been talking back and forth b/c now I can't decide what I want (I don't know what is going to look OK for the colors on the shirt). If I could have gotten the orange shirt, it would have not been a problem b/c I knew exactly what I wanted!
I don't understand why she didn't change the listing if she didn't have the orange shirt. I was debating b/t 2 different sellers and I went with her. I should have just gone with the other one!

I didn't know I could cancel it since it is already paid for. How do I do that?
Well, you could tell the seller to refund your money and if she will not, you could file a dispute. I know it sounds like a lot of work but she advertised something she does not have.
Recently I ordered something that needed to be customized and I did not pay until the seller contacted me and we discussed exactly what I wanted. Hope it works out for you!
