when to introduce sippy cup?

DD is refusing bottle and I'm getting desperate...when did you start introducing a sippy cup?  I just can't see myself spoon feeding her 8 oz at every feeding (i have twins)

If she's refusing a bottle, you could try a stage 1 sippy.  The Nuby sippy cup we have has a silicone spout, so it's very similar to a bottle nipple.

We actually just introduced it about a week or two ago.  I put a tiny bit of water in it and let her "sip" it and play with it while I'm feeding her cereal.  I wanted to introduce it early so she could get the hang of it.

i was wondering this too.  our lo takes a bottle just fine but loves to (attempt to) hold it herself.  i wasn't sure if it was too early for a sippy with the handles, i think she'd like that.
