Enfamil AR users

What were your LOs symptoms that made you switch to this formula? Has it helped?  We originally had DS on Enfamil Premium but he was so fussy we switched (after talking to the Ped.) to Gentlease, but he has starting spitting up more often w/ more volume that we're thinking that AR might be the next step. Just wondering if this formula has made a difference for anyone.

We switched to this at about one month.  We tried everything early on to help with her splitting up and reflux.  This worked best for us.  Don't get me wrong, she still spits up (and we even add rice cereal to this!) but it is better than before.

I'm kinda late in replying to this....but we tried Enfamil AR for about 2 weeks and it did something terrible to DS's stomach so we basically traded one problem for another.  I was even doing half Enfamil AR and half breastmilk and he still couldn't handle the thicker formula.  So we just recently switched to the Gentlease and I'm going to discuss some sort of medication for DS at his 2 month appointment tomorrow.

This.  We had ds on enfamil premium, then switched to AR to help his reflux. Pedi recommended trying gentlease, which we did. It was horrible - he was projectile vomiting within 3 days and it took a week back on AR to get the spit up back down to a manageable level.
