Anyone do a sibling class before new baby?

DD will be almost 3 1/2 when her little brother makes his appearance. I found out that Baylor, where I will deliver, offers a sibling class. Has anyone taken it or something similar? Did you think it was good for the older child? DH and I are thinking about taking her, it's just an hour or so for one day. Would love to hear what you thought if you did!
