I have MNO on Monday night and I am going to be gone all weekend. I told them I would bring Chips and some type of dip. The dip I usually make is ground beef, Velveeta and Salsa mixed together in a crock pot, but I don't know if their will be an outlet. We are having a bonfire in one of the girls driveways and roasting hotdogs and makin smore's.

Re: what is an easy dip recipe
This one of my go-to's. Super easy, and a crowd pleaser
BLT Dip
guacamole, hummus, french onion dip, green goddess dip, plain salsa, eggplant dip (a little harder to do).
Here is one of my favorites:
1 container fresh salsa from the produce aisle (do NOT buy jarred salsa), 1 can corn (drained), 1 can black beans (drained), 1 cucumber (seeded), 1 chopped orange bell pepper, juice from one lemon.
Mix all ingredients and serve with favorite chips.?
Beer Dip for pretzels is super easy. Just have to refrigerate it overnight.
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup beer
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
8 oz. shredded cheddar
Mix together and put in fridge overnight. Serve with pretzels. Delish!
In a pie dish layer the following.
drained large jar of salsa on the bottom
container of sour cream - next layer
guacamole on the next layer (optional)
block of shredded monterrey jack to top
It takes about three minutes to make it and it is soooooooooooo good!
