AF cramps a week after O?

Sheesh. Kick a dog when she's down. This is a major bummer. It also makes me think that my chances are slim getting knocked up if my ute calls it a day by 7DPO. I felt them this morning and I am not happy. Me thinks it is time to start charting, if this is going to be a habit then I'm going to need to share this my doc. Now comes the long 1WW for AF to show up.

and nobody say it's implantation cramps because it is not!!!

Yeah, I really think you need to start charting. That way, you'd have a better idea if these were O cramps, implantation cramps, or AF cramps.

I know exactly when I O. Painful... I asked my mom and she said she could tell when she ovulated too. And I POAS last week to make sure I knew when my surge was. But this morning, blech. I actually want to be on the pill but I know that REALLY will be countereffective.

OK, you're right. There's nothing you can possibly learn from charting.
