to candy bars. I never liked them before, but after having DD I want one everyday. I need to kick the habit or I will never lose the 30 pounds I am still hanging onto!
I seriously was addicted to sweets pre-pg, then during my pg didn't care for sweets at all. Now that I'm not pg anymore, the craving for sweets has returned. I seriously don't know how I'm not diabetic. However, I read recently I may need to eat more protein to counter the sugar cravings.
3 o'clock snack - turkey sandwich or chocolate chip cookies?
