Video Recorder Recs Please =)

Good afternoon!!

We are taking DS on his first road trip at then end of the month (to celebrate our 2nd year anniversary!!!).  I wanted to get DH a video recorder/camcorder for our anniversary from DS.  Any recs?

I thought it would be cute, since we are going to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, and taking DS to his first baseball game, aquarium, etc (also, any recs about the inner harbor would be great too!!!!)

DD gave DH a Flip for fathers day.  He loves it.

I would rec one that can do still shots as well.

 

Just an fyi if you dont already know.....you can not take stolers in nto bmore aquarium..

Get an high def one if you can even if you don't have an HD tv...my sister has a Sony one and loves it.

We have a JVC Enviro with a hard drive and it's really nice.  No high def but it works and we can upload it to the computer, make dvds, or share on the web.

 We have the same, a JVC Everio.  It's super small and lightweight, has one touch upload to YouTube (my favorite feature) and takes still shots as well.  Walmart sells them for about $260 I believe.
