Hi, I just saw your post about your DH's SA.  Zinc could also help your DH's sperm.  I posted a Fertility and Sterility study a few weeks back that talked about the positive benefits of zinc on sperm.

    Cool.  Thanks for the info.  I have a laundry list of things I can start shoving down his throat.  He's gonna be thrilled!  :)

    I hope your DH is not like mine and hates to take pills.  It is hard to motivate him to take them sometimes.

    But I doubt you will have to worry too long as you are about to get your BFP soon!

    I can't get my DH to take anything.  Sometimes I can't even get him to take the trash out.  Actually, since he heard his sperm wasn't "ideal" he has been all motivated to fix it.  He doesn't want me going through all the crap without him taking some responsibility.  And he wants to avoid an IUI at all costs. 

    If I don't get a BFP tomorrow I am not going to worry about it.  There have been other ladies on here that have tried much harder and longer than I have.  I feel like they deserve it more!

    Don't sell yourself short, you deserve it as well.  In fact I think everyone on here deserves it. It sucks how life can be so cruel to people. 

    That sounds sweet of your DH.  Mine went into denile when he first heard about his bad sperm, but after it all sank in he is trying to be more proactive about it and takes the pills and quit smoking.

    Thats great that your husband quit smoking!  That should help a lot!

    I am already out for this month...I feel AF coming and all the AF symptoms are there.  Oh well. On to the next cycle and the RE.  At least we have a plan...and insurance will cover IUI, which is probably going to be our next step if we ever make an RE apt....

    But your BFP tomorrow will give me hope... It always gives me hope to see those that have been on here longer get their BFPs.
