Cloth Wipes in Warmer?

New to DC

BRAND NEW TO THE CD WORLD:  I've heard of putting cloth wipes in a warmer.  I have the wipes warmer we used with my first son.  It's for disposable wipes, but would this work for cloth wipes?  Also, is it okay if I wet the wipes and add a little bit of baby wash, then keep them in the warmer?  I'm open to other techniques as well.
