Don't think I've posted this before... A different kind of mushroom burgers- not just a grilled mushroom, they have more of a burger like texture. My whole family loves them.

This one doesn't have quite as much protein, but I can't wait til it gets cold to make it... chipotle butternut squash soup

I can do dairy and eggs just depend on the day, but yes I can do eggs if I feel good.
