uh oh... my peri is concerned (GD & pre-e)

My numbers were really, really hard to control for awhile. I was thisclose to being put on insulin. All of a sudden, my numbers became much lower. Like, overnight practically. I started having lows all the time.

I called the peri today and the nurse called me back and was very concerned, she said sometimes a sudden drop off like that can signal a problem with the placenta? My BP was higher than ever yesterday and I was in L&D for several hours after my appointment. I'm repeating another 24 hour urine today-- my last one was 300. 

Has anybody had the sudden decrease in medication needs? Was it okay or was your doctor worried? I'm already getting 2x week NSTs...
