Read your reply over on 3rd tri about your DH teasing you...My DS was talking to one of his friends the other day about how he feels bad for whoever he marries and has his kids, because he was 11 lbs at birth. I told them that actually, the baby's birthweight usually has more to do with the mother's birthweight than the father's, nature's way of looking out for little women, I guess, lol. Then I turned to my daughter who was 9lbs 14 oz and said, "Sorry, Sami."
Re: robynlesley
Wow! Big babies, Michelle!
My DH is usually so sweet, supportive and we barely ever disagree. It's sickening. LOL. But he's a tease (comes from being a younger brother) and he'll hold out both hands and spread his fingers to show all ten and say "10 lbs!"
So hearing that this LO was estimated to be 7lb 11oz makes me feel better. And if he only gains 4 oz after this week... yay.
