I've been toying for a while with the idea of regular acupuncture and massage therapy. But its expensive. So what I'm wondering how its worked for others and if its worth it. Also, does acupressure work as well as acupuncture? Its a little less expensive.

Re: Recommendations for Acupuncture and Massage Therapy
I have been doing accu for about 2 years now. I took a break after our miscarriage in May, but I am headed back this week.
As for success. Well, I have gotten pg( not stayed) in my time doing it, but I don't know if pregnancy-wise, I had success with it.
That being said... I LOVE going. It truly relaxes me. So for me, it is something that helps to keep me better balanced when I am cycling.
As for massages.... I have a great place near me that is not too $$... so when I am cycling, especially IVF, I treat myself to a few massages. Again, it is so relaxing and it feels good mentally to do something nice for my body.
Good luck to you!
I was doing Mayan Abdominal Massage for a while, and if you have any endo symptoms, I found it helped a LOT with cramps, etc. It's also supposed to reposition your uterus if necessary. I've been doing accupuncture, which I don't like as much, but it's supposed to help.
I have to say that I never feel more centered, relaxed, or hopeful than I do in those sessions.
Regular acu, so not to address IF issues? I found it helpful in general. My acu was focusing on my IF, but during particularly stressful times would focus more on getting me centered, and it worked wonders.

I love acupuncture, and it has helped to regulate my cycles. I would look for an acupuncturist who specializes in IF or has worked with people to help with IF. Before I started with mine, I talked to him a lot about my situation and how he could help me. I also asked about his experience working with girls with IF. GL!
Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!
TTC #2
After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
I've been going to acupuncture off and on this year. I haven't gotten pregnant yet, but it definitely helps with relaxing and stress relief. It can be very expensive but doesn't have to be....see if there are any community acupuncturists in your area...they treat more than one person at a time in the same large room...treatments are usually $15-35 each, so much more affordable. check out communityacupuncturenetwork dot org then call around to those in your area to see if any deal with infertility....I highly recommend going this route!
ETA- a lot of community acu clinics also have people that do massage
