bloat and pain 4 dpiui?

This is my 2nd injectable IUI and it is very different from the first. This time I tolerated the meds MUCH better but the actual IUI was a bit painful and now 4dpiui I am still VERY crampy and bloated and I had a little spotting (only once and not much. I figured it was due to the actual IUI)

I expected to be bloated but is this Ov pain normal?
