A Little Nervous...

I went for a job interview last week and i am so nervous that they are going to call and make me an offer,and then i have to tell them im pregnant, which makes me more worried that they wont hire me. But i guess the worst they could say is no and i could stay where im at til the baby comes. UGH!!!

From other posts I've read through similar to yours, they can't NOT hire you due to pregnancy. It would be discrimination.

I don't think you HAVE to tell them you're pregnant.

In an effort to be honest I would tell them AFTER you would normally have told everyone else.

I am in HR and they cannot (or at least out themselves in a really bad position) refuse to hire you on the basis of being pregnant.

I wouldn't tell them... I know it isn't very nice.... but then you'll know that your pregnancy didn't have anything to do with them potentially not hiring you.  GL!

Just so you know, you don't HAVE to disclose you're pregnant. My friend had a similar thing happen and then afterward said she'd just found out right after being hired. She didn't even tell them until about 12 weeks.
