DIY diaper pail deodorizer

I want to make a powder deodorizer that I can put right into my wet bag and wash with my cd's.  I know it can be as simple as mixing some baking soda with TTO.  Does anyone have an actual recipe for a powder diaper pail deodorizer?  I've seen the recipes where you make discs, but I want to be able to sprinkle this into my wet bag.  Thanks!
