I think we are going to use the GC to buy rugs

I did get the ribbon yesterday...it took so long because it was coming from Canada.  They will be in the mail tomorrow....along with extras for Kate

We were debating between this place (straight forward, owned by a person and not a bank) and a short sale.  Our realtor said that out of 7 potential short sale offers she's written up this year, none of them have worked out.  That made our choice for us.  We also get a one year home warranty and it is move in ready versus the short sale.

I hope you guys get an answer soon!  I'm sure the waiting is the worst part!
