IUI#4 was yesterday, is it too late to eat pineapple core? (warning dd pip)

I had my IUI yesterday morning (triggered Sat night). Is it too late to eat pineapple core? I was going to run out and get some today. Also, should I still be drinking POM juice? Or can I stop that.

    Not too late, right on time actually. Start today for 5 days.
    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
    After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
    My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

    It's just the right time to start today :) I drank Pom for a few days after IUI since my lining was still thin at trigger. I'm not sure when you're supposed to stop. Good luck!
