We registered for the Graco PNP Safari Friends. The plan is to keep this in the living room for naps, changing the baby, etc. We also registered for a bassinet for the bedroom. I know it seems like a lot and most people just do the PNP but my husband and I would have to switch sleeping sides, the PNP takes up lots of room and what would I do in the living room? I really don't want to go up and down the stairs constantly.
I will be using the Graco PnP that we received when I was pg with DS#1. It has a bassinet (weight limit 16lb). DS#2 will be in it until he reaches the weight limit (DS#1 was 4mos when he hit the weight limit).
When my baby is about 3 months old, DH and I will be moving out of state temporarily for a month. During this time, DD will be sleeping in a pack 'n play given to us by SIL. I'm not sure which one it is, but it is green and seems pretty basic. It comes with a bassinet and changing table and seems fine.

We are going with the Graco PnP without the newborn napper...although it was my 1st impulse to register for the one with the napper....but then I figured we will have a swing & bouncy seat to do the same thing as the napper - and those will go up to about 25lbs instead of 15lbs. We also plan to use the PnP out on our deck so I wanted the model that included the large sun shade....
Re: pack and play
A Graco PNP with the bassinet (not the newborn napper).

It has a pack and play and also a newborn sleeper.
Same here, this is Baby Bargains recommendation.
Baby Trend Mohito. We felt like it was sturdier and easier to use than the Graco's, plus, it's a little cheaper.

DH wants the Chicco - I want the Graco. We're not in agreement.
The only thing I like about the Chicco is that it has wheels on the travel case.

just something to think about...
