kicks felt - FINALLY! Anterior Placenta

So, last Friday I posted a question to Bumpees with anterior placentas to find out when they felt LO kick...and when their husbands/sig others/friends were able to feel the baby too.

AND.....Ava kicked me about 8 times last night.  It was the first time I felt her do that from the outside (and first time they weren't just taps).  Just to make sure, I made my husband hold his hand on my stomach for like 10 minutes and sure enough....when I felt her kick, he took his hand back and looked shocked.  It was SOOOOOOOOOO NEAT!

Thank you Ava for kicking that placenta hard enough for us to feel you!

Congratulations!  I have an anterior placenta as well and I remember waiting and what a wonderful feeling it was when it happened.  It just get's better!  My little guy has been kicking all day.

Congrats!  It's definitely a longer wait for those of us with an anterior placenta, but it's so awesome when you finally feel the baby.
