I haven't been around at all in several months, but wanted to make sure people were aware that, in October, there is a symposium in Chicago hosted by the Preeclampsia Foundation. It's for survivors, patients, and their families. It's a chance to hear from some of the experts on hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and potentially get to ask them questions. I think registration is being capped at 70 or so.
I just looked for information about the symposium on their website (www.preeclampsia.org) and can't find it anywhere - I received the information and the registration form via email.
So, if you're interested, you can email them, I guess - info@preeclampsia.org. You can PM me an email address, too, and I can get the PDF registration form over to you. At least, I think I'll get the PMs. I don't think I have gotten any since the nest became the bump.
Hope everyone is doing well!
Re: Pre-e/HELLP survivors
I wish Chicago wasnt so far away! This is awesome!!
haha. Well, my bump skills are rusty and I really need to go take a shower while DS naps and before I watch someone else's kid...so I can't update my siggy.
I'll try posting this pic, and maybe I can check back in later.
Ok, crapola. I can't get the link to paste into the stupid bump picture thinger. Here's a different attempt:
Well that was a tremendously GIANT fail....
I don't have time to edit right now. I'll try again later if I have a chance - probably this evening or after DS goes to bed!
But, hooray - sm found the link. Why couldn't I find that??? lol
Look how big (and cute) he is!
