1st Trimester

Calories

Is anyone counting them?  Not, in the obsessive way, obviously we are all supposed to gain weight but I'm just curious if you are trying to stay within a range in order to avoid too much weight gain.

I know everyone is different, but if you are, how many are you trying to aim for each day?

  • I aim for 1800, which is a number my doctor and I came up with to meet my nutritional needs.

  • I personaly don't count or keep track. I just go with when I'm hungrey I eat. Coutning doesn't sound bad. I agree with the post about checking with the doctor. That sounds like a good answer and one you can deffinately go by.
