DD got a little graco doll stroller for her bday that we took out on our walk but I dont think the tires are really meant for outside.

Halee has the American Girl Doll double stroller and it is great outside. It is also well made and handles very well.

We have the fisher price little mommy stroller.   (We have the graco jogger and the graco umbrella too).  I like the little mommy the best because it is so small and sturdy that DD can easily move it about without it losing its cover like the umbrella ones. The tires are also fat, so it does better outside and doesn't get stuck as much.  The graco jogger one we have seems designed for an older child, like a 4 or 5 year old, though it works ok outside, it is hard for DD to stear.
