Last wek on vacation, I pretty much drank my weight in beer and Buffalo chicken dip by the tub 4 out of the 7 days there. I also consumed about a case of pop and only 2 bottles of water the entire week. We also ate out a lot and had lots of rich, creamy food.
I lost 3 lbs. there. It certainly wasn't from all the walking I did. Sweat, maybe?
I'm paranoid that I'm going to start eating good this week and gain it all back.

They say that your weight this week has to do with what you ate/did 2 weeks ago...not the week prior.
Not to be a Debbie Downer, but your vacay might not be on the scale yet.
or, if it is...then, I say you start drinking a LOT more!
