If you have a Bumkins cover - Q for you

I am prepping my cloth diapers and doing one load of covers and my BG AIO's right now, but I just went to the attach the velcro to the laundry tabs on the Bumkins cover and there is only one on one side.  Am I a total spaz or did I get a messed up cover?

Is it in the middle? Or on the side? It sounds like it's not right, but it's hard to know without seeing it. Can you post a pic?

There is one on one of the sides but not the other.  I just found the package it came in (w/ a pic on it) and I definitely got a messed up one.  I emailed the company...
