The midwife told me that I had one at my very first appointment (about 10w 2d). She hasn't mentioned it since so I assume it's corrected itself. (She said they normally do correct themselves.) I do still have an anterior placenta but I don't think that's necessarily related.
Yep, I have one. At my NT scan, the tech said the pregnancy corrects it. We shall see if mine is not in normal position at my big u/s.

Correction - it *should* correct itself during pregnancy. It doesn't always, but we are all in the clear by now and it surely has. If it had not, the chances of a miscarriage are much higher, but that happens early on.

40% of women have a "retroverted" (tilted) uterus. Mine is severely retroverted, but by 12 weeks it had corrected. I'm not aware of it causing any problems (eg. infertility or miscarriage), and none of my docs (including infertility docs) commented on it being a problem except that it can take longer to be able to see baby on the external u/s in the first few weeks of pg.

At my NT scan I was told my uterus tilts to the left. I'm not sure if it's corrected itself. I asked my MW if it was anything to be worried about and she said, "No. Sometimes it just makes it harder to get pregnant." Obviously not for me lol. We weren't trying and then bam!
