Dip the shape in liquid starch & water (4/1 ratio).
Place the shape to the wall.
Rearrange shapes until you love them, or leave shapes to dry.
If you don't like the placement simply remove it and put it up again, when it dries you can peel the fabric right off, wipe the wall with warm water, dip in starch mixture & try again. If you end up with drips down the wall simply wipe with warm water.
We did an alphabet theme in our nursery & I put up bubble alphabet letters on one wall and numbers on the other wall with this method. It was SUPER EASY, cheap, and will not leave us repainting or redoing the room when we go to sell the house.
