Just some random advice I got today from an older lady.  We were getting a pedicure and of course the lady doing mine was giving me tons of advice like she always does.  The sweet little lady sitting next to me asked if she could offer some of her own advice.  Of course I told her yes and here is what she said:

Get a journal and write down every single funny thing or mispronounced thing your baby says.  Write it down exactly as s/he says it so you will remember it better looking back. 

She said she and all four of her children sat in her bed the other night and read each of their journals.  She said it was priceless and they all laughed until they cried at one another. I thought this was so neat and I'm pretty sure I'm going to do this.

I love that idea- in fact, I already bought a journal. My mom made one for me and I love reading it

It takes me too long to write by hand and I don't have a bunch of free time, so I put all of those things into my daughter's blog. That way I can easily upload pics too and then every 6 mos I have her blog produced into a book to keep.

Mrs. Reem, this sounds great!  May I ask:  How do you get the blog published into a book?  I'm thinking of starting a blog for my baby.
