NBR: Vietnamese food recs!

I'm meeting some friends for Vietnamese food - we've never had it before.  Any recs on dishes that are yummy?  We're planning on just ordering some entrees and sharing.  We're meeting at What the Pho (ha!) and this is the menu if that helps:

In this heat I would get a cold noodle bowl if they have it, I like it with the barbecue pork. Oh and an iced Vietnamese coffee. Mmmm...

Yum it all looks good!  I would stay away from tripe but that is me!

 could eat pho 3 times a week... and sometimes do.... 

if you;ve never had it, get simple stuff.  flank, brisket, steak -- tony likes all the funky stuff.  I'm not eating tripe or tendon and meatballs can be questionable...  (I've found some chewy stuff in there)

noodle salad bowls are a fave...

If you get the pho, remember to add basil, lime, hoisin and a little chili sauce...
