4-month wakeful

I think this is happening to my DD.  She has been STTN since about 6 weeks.  Starting last week she is waking up about once a night.

How long does this usually last?  Is there anything I should do to help this not so fun new little habbit from continuing?

For us it lasted at least a month for DD and for DS, until he could roll over both directions on his own. Sucked. We started sleep training at around 5 months and that helped somewhat.

Welllll.. I kinda don't believe that there is REALLY a thing called the 4 month wakeful.. but my DD STTN from 6 weeks til 4 months and has since stopped. She is now 5 months and a week... still not STTN again most nights.
