Those drinking grapefruit juice

Have you found your O date to move at all? I was just Googling, and some claim the juice causes earlier ovulation. What has been your experience?

I have found it does have quite an effect on my CM though, maybe even more than the Robitussin!

It gave ne lots of CM and my o date stayed the same so I don't really know about that. Good to hear about your cm!

I try to. I haven't been too strict about it, but I've been noticing the change is pretty instant, so I'm just planning to have a glass at night before ... bed.

I read that it is also good for DHs man juice.  So maybe i'll buy a bottle for the two of us to share around O time.

Not a bad plan. I actually quite like the taste.
