what an ungrateful little punk!

3am yesterday morning dh had a fire call for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment. They had to use the Jaws of life to get them out.

Fastforward to last night....I was listening to the scanner while dh was at drill when I heard state police being dispatched to the firehouse....last night was drill night.... the call was for someone threatening the chief. I didnt hear anymore. So I waited about 30 minutes and texted dh. Here's the story....

The driver of the car showed up at the firehouse demanding the department to pay for the damages to his car cause by the Jaws Of Life. The chief said we are not responsible. Well the guy started screaming and yelling and finally the chief yelled out "you ungrateful punk! We saved your life and this is the thanks we get? You need to get off this property" Because the guy wouldnt leave the fire dept call the police.

I'm still shaking my head in disbelief!
