Jamison Cole Melton

What do you think? For some reason I fell pressure picking name because this is something that sticks with you forever and I could really screw this kid up. James is my husband name and his dads name so we wanted to incorporate that in the name somehow. Thanks for your replys.

I personally am not a huge fan of Jamison. I do like Cole as a middle name though. Maybe you could do Cole James, or James Cole.

Jamison just makes me think of whiskey, but then again my husband and I are Irish!

I also prefer the spelling Jameson...but it reminds of me of the whiskey or scotch or whatever liquor it was. Maybe that's from my years of being a bartender.

I like it, but I like the "Jameson" spelling better as well. I'm also married to a James and considered this name for a boy too.

I really like the name Jamison.  It was on our short list, with a nn of Jamie.  I know some people don't like nicknames, but I think both Jamison, and Jamie are really cute!

this.  I've never seen it spelled Jameson.  I knew a couple of guys in high school with the name, then a few in college and they were all Jamison.

I love it, and the spelling!  The only time I've heard of the name before was my friend's dog (sorry), but she spells it the same way you have it.  And it's more unique than just James.
