I went grocery shopping last week and bought this juice that looked really good.  It's Welch's Black Cherry/ Concord Grape juice... it said New! in big letters and no sugar added on it.  I thought, hey!  I like black cherries.  I like grapes.  Let's give it a whirl.  

I totally forgot it was in the fridge, until I wanted something to drink tonight.  So, I poured myself a tall glass of my new juice.  The nanosecond it touched my tongue, I was instantly seven years old, sitting in my elementary school cafeteria, drinking my favorite juice box...

I called my mom and told her the story, asked her what my fave juice box was, and she said Welch's cherry grape juice (how does she remember these things??) ... I guess Pepsi's not the only company doing a "throwback" beverage!

Haha...I love those moments!

 

About a month ago I was feeling really sick and couldn't wait for DH to get home from work so he could take care of me...unfortunately..DH also didn't feel well and was hoping that I would take care of him once he got home.

I called my mom and told her that DH and I had elected her to come and take care of us. My mom just laughed and said she didn't think she could make the flight from South Africa just to make us chicken noodle soup and run to the pharmacy. Oh well, it was worth a shot.

I LOVE that juice.  I actually just finished a glass of it myself.  So delish!
