Are there any free photo editing websites or software out there?  I don't care enough to buy photoshop, nor do I have the time to sit down and learn it.  I just want something more than what snapfish or shutterfly have.

I downloaded GIMP to use until I get Photoshop installed on our new laptop. It's very similar to photoshop and has a good online tutorial/guide.
