F/U Diaper Rash

Well, now in addition to the detergent rash on her butt (which is perhaps looking slightly better), she is covered in red dots on her belly and back (my bet is on detergent, but I'd love to blame DH for putting J&J baby lotion on her last night (I hate that crap and he knows it)).?

The red dots sound more like a heat rash or just sensitive from moisture.  DS gets that on his belly where the diaper is up against his skin when he gets warm or sweaty. 

But I'd blame the J&J lotion too
