Does your household have a "crazy time" everyday?

For us, it starts around 4:30 and doesn't end until dinner is over and everything is cleaned up.  No matter how hard I try to do things in advance, it still falls apart then.  My Dh and I both dread that time of day.

Anyone else have a time that is consistently crazy?

  • same here...usually starts around 5 and doesnt end until she goes to bed.....it gets worst when my older girls are with me.  This week they are at their dad and its been blessedly quiet around here.

  • 5 p.m. (or whenever we get home from daycare) until bedtime...around 8ish.

  • I have a 3 year old, 2 dogs, a cat and 2 birds...and a husband.  I'm not sure I could actually differentiate crazy time from regular time.
  • I think the morning frenzy to get out the door used to be my crazy time.  Now DH takes her and doesn't need to rush in so its all good.

Dinner time is a little interesting.

  • Same as yours!

DD goes down hill after 4:30 and it just gets worse until she goes to sleep at 7:30!

  • Anytime that the kids, 2 dogs, and DH are awake. Wink

Really, though, it's probably the morning rush.

  • That would be from about 5:30 till bedtime at 8:00. It's just rush rush rush, and dealing with tantrums and trying to get dinner made, then bath and bedtime. I hate the evening. I love seeing Jacob, but evenings are just a nightmare time to deal with.
  • 6:30 until bedtime. It is a madhouse.
